SUP (Safety United Personnel) is a smartphone app, the primary function of which is to generate safety compliance documentation from user inputted information, some of which is stored on the device.
This information includes, but may not be limited to, information regarding the user's safety training, a list of sites that the user is currently working on or has worked on, risk assessment reports, workplace events, and basic contact information for the user and other relevant safety personnel.
All information is stored on the user's device, on the allotted storage for the app, and is not shared with the app maker or any third parties via the app. The app does feature the ability to generate export PDF documents on the user's request, which can in turn be stored on the device or emailed via an email client app.
The app may use the device's camera to take photos of training records and store the resultant image on the user's device, again on the user's request and after the user grants the relevant hardware required by the device's operating system.
There will be no financial information requested and thus stored on the app.
The app does not store or access the user's location. the site address that the user is working on will be recorded via the user and not via app functionality.
The app does not use any web service or push notifications.
The user may be contacted after using the app a few times to leave a review on Google Play Store.
